Here's a handy timeline of when to send out your stationery, this can help plan when to order everything.
Cancellations & Refunds For Wedding & Event Stationery
As each order is prepared specifically for your wedding, please take care when placing your order and checking your details. We will not issue refunds for errors after a proof has been approved by a client.
Semi Custom Wedding Stationery
Orders are personalised to your requirements. Once personalisation or production has begun, cancellations may be subject to charges for work completed and costs incurred.
Once your stationery has been approved for printing, cancellations may no longer be possible. As personalised stationery is made specifically for you, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, except where required by law.
Fully Bespoke Wedding Stationery
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your bespoke wedding stationery booking and begin the design process.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me in writing as soon as possible. Any refund or cancellation charge will be assessed fairly, taking into account the work already completed, any costs incurred and any further costs that can reasonably be avoided.
Once bespoke designs have been developed or approved, cancellation may not entitle you to a full refund.
Where printing or production has commenced, costs already incurred may also be payable.
Postponements & Changes
If your wedding date changes, please get in touch as soon as possible. I'll always do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Additional costs may apply if changes affect the design, quantities or production.
A Final Note
Due to the personalised nature of wedding stationery, returns are not accepted for change of mind where the law permits this exclusion. However, your statutory rights remain unaffected. If your stationery is faulty or does not match the agreed specification, please contact me so we can discuss an appropriate resolution.
