For any wedding or event, there is a standard charge of £150 for the vending machine hire (£100 non-refundable vending hire and £50 damage deposit, refunded after the event should no issue arise), we then add a print package from the below.

Our Semi-Custom Mini Prints, comprise of six designs including toasting champagne flutes, wedding cake, traditional horse shoe, plane with just married banner, wedding scroll and champagne bottle. These will be customised with your wedding date and names. In my signature softer, watercolour style.

FAQ's
DO I HAVE TO SET ANYTHING UP?
No, we've got it all covered. We arrive in good time to set up the vending machine at your event, taking any stress out of the equation allowing you to enjoy your special celebration.
HOW WILL GUESTS KNOW WHAT TO DO?
When we set the vending machine up, either on a table or freestanding (up to you!) we also add a little instruction sign too, again themed to your event. We can also add here a polite reminder for guests to only take one print depending on your package amount.
WHAT'S THE BOOKING PROCESS?
The booking process is simple and easy. If you'd like to book, once you've made an initial enquiry I'll send you over a booking form and T&C's for you to sign and return with the £50 damage deposit (refunded after the event if no issues arise). If you've booked the fully custom print package, we'll then schedule a date for an online consultation, usually over zoom but can be done via emails if it's easier, to discuss what you'd like to show in your prints. This is about telling your story, so getting to chat informally is a lovely way to make sure this happens. That's all there is to it, we then arrive at your event, set up and leave you to it, collecting the machine later on.
DO WE GET THE VENDING MACHINE FOR THE WHOLE EVENT?
The hire of our vending machine for wedding and events last for four hours from a time agreed between us prior to your event. We try to set up as discreetly as possibly, ideally before your event or before your wedding reception is due to start. This will be discussed upon booking.
HOW DO THE VENDING MACHINES WORK?
Our wedding and events vending machine is a free vend machine, meaning you don't need a coin or token to work it. Simply turn the cog and receive your print. So no worrying about loosing tokens or people not getting one.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE VENDING MACHINE GETS DAMAGED?
First of all, accidents happen so don't worry! I've worked events for years and the occasions of damage are minimal but should an accident occur, we'll chat through the options after your event. If there's major damage your £50 damage deposit will not be refunded.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, but we try and keep is as fair as possible. For delivery over 10 miles, travel will be charged at 45p a mile. For journeys over 60 minutes, a rate of £10 an hour will be due in addition to the mileage.
CAN ANY WORDING BE IN WELSH?
Of course! Any wording on any of the prints or accompanying artwork can be in any language of your choosing but as a Wales based company, if you want it in Welsh that's fantastic. Despite having grandparent's that spoke predominantly Welsh myself, I am not fluent so would require any wording in anything other than English to come from you, I will then add this to the artwork.
CAN I ADD MY OWN DECORATION LIKE FLOWERS TO THE MACHINE?
Unfortunately not. This is in order to avoid any damage to the vending machine. As a fully qualified florist, I can work with your wedding or events florist or independently to decorate the machine ensuring no damage or issues arise that may affect the vending machine or it's ability to work. Our wedding and events vending machine is a blank canvas, painted in a creamy colour so it will fit in with any theme.
CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT AMOUNT OF PRINTS THAN WHAT'S LISTED ABOVE?
There are standard amounts of prints included in each package due to printing, that being said feel free to chat to us if you're after an amount not listed and we'll see if we can accommodate. Our vending machines can hold a max of 300 prints but we can offer top ups throughout your event.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Should the event be cancelled; we should be notified as soon as possible. The £50 damage deposit will be retained whatever the reason for cancellation. See below for cancellation timescale and refund amounts.

This is due to the time and skill gone into creating your artwork along with the fact that we may not be able to fill your event date.
